A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

A: We currently accept credit cards, Paypal, checks and money orders for payments.

A: No, we only save your address, billing preference, and telephone number. This information will be shared with no one.

A: Any promotion code can be entered when you log into the website.

Q: What shipping method do you use?

A: We calculate shipping according to the weight of the products you purchase. The items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What shipping incentives do you offer? Free Shipping

A: For people with a street address in the zip codes listed below, we will personally deliver your items for free. Of course, the delivery address has to be a street address, not a post office box. There is no minimum or maximum order amount for this shipping offer. Deliveries usually take place during the afternoon/evening hours. We will call you before attempting to deliver your order. At the time of delivery you will need to sign an invoice stating that you received your items.
