Check and Money Order Transactions
If you are still unsure about communicating your credit card information over the web, you may choose to pay by check or money order. At checkout you will be provided with our mailing address. Please note that we will hold your shipment until your check or money order is received and cleared.
Shipping
Currently all products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments are usually shipped the next day after an order is placed. The United States Post Office estimates that most Priority Mail Orders will be received in 2-3 days. If you need an item faster or prefer a different shipping method, please contact us. We area willing to make arrangements.
For people with a street address in the zip codes listed below, we will personally deliver your items for free. Of course, the delivery address has to be a street address, not a post office box. There is no minimum or maximum order amount for this shipping offer. Deliveries usually take place during the afternoon/evening hours. We will call you before attempting to deliver your order. At the time of delivery you will need to sign an invoice stating that you received your items.

Sales Tax
All residents of Kentucky must pay 6% sales tax on all merchandise purchases. Residents of any other state will not have to pay sales tax to Bratcher's Boxers and Pet Supply.
Returns
Bratcher's Boxers and Pet Supply offers the following Returns Policy: Returns are accepted if still in same packaging, unopened and in the same condition as received within 15 days of date of invoice. Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of date of invoice. They must be in origanal package and in the same condition as received. If a product arrives damaged or defective contact us immediately so that we may correct the issue.
